Refund Policy

At FancyNumberShop, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience to all our customers. Due to the nature of the product (unique mobile fancy numbers), we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refund After Successful Purchase

All purchases made on fancynumbershop.com are considered final. Once a transaction is completed and the mobile number has been allocated or the activation code shared, we cannot process any cancellations or refunds under normal circumstances.

2. Activation Code Once Shared Is Final

Due to the irreversible nature of mobile number activation, any number for which an activation code has been issued is considered consumed. The allocation cannot be reversed or transferred back. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for such cases.

3. Exceptions – Failed Transactions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

• The payment was deducted but the order was not processed due to a system error
• The number could not be allocated due to backend issues and you did not receive an activation code

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with the order ID and payment proof. We will verify the issue and authorize a refund only if eligible.

4. No Refunds for Buyer Mistakes

We are not responsible for refunds in the case of:

• Incorrect number selection by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use or activate the number after receiving the code

5. How to Request a Refund (Only if Eligible)

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the above exceptions, please write to us at example@fancy.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order ID]". We aim to respond within 3–5 working days.
